What Drives Me In This Work Today?
My goal is not to keep you in therapy. It’s to help you not need it — and to genuinely love the life you are building.
My Why
Today, I bring everything I've gathered across those years — the homeless shelters, the foster care system, the hospitals, the graduate school, and group practice — into my private practice. My focus is simple: help you build a life you actually enjoy living. Not just survive it. Not just manage it. Actually enjoy it.I'm not here to create dependence or convince you that you need to be in therapy forever. My approach is built around empowering you — giving you the tools, insight, and self-awareness to carry forward long after our work together is done. Therapy, at its best, should make itself unnecessary.
As a Trauma Informed Therapist/Counselor in Mesa, AZ
I continually pursue advanced training to deepen my understanding of the world and improve client outcomes. Trained in EMDR, I have helped many people release the weight of past traumas and feel lighter, freer, and more present. I regularly expand my expertise in trauma-informed care to effectively address triggers and remove barriers rooted in past experiences.
